Integrated Eskrima Striking Angles and Methods
Course 3 teaches the comprehensive Striking System utilized in Integrated Eskrima. This course includes 18 lesson divided into 4 Distinct Content Modules: 1) The 12 Angles of Attack practiced stationary and then with 3 different Footwork Methods; 2) A Breakdown of 5 Unique Striking Methods; 3) The 4 Fundamental 2-Strike Combinations Matched with Specific Footwork to Control Range and Gate; and 4) The 5 Essential 5-Strike Follow-up Combinations. All of these striking details and skills are necessary to master the defensive techniques presented in later courses.
